PRIVACY POLICY AuguryMe

The last update to our Privacy Policy was posted on August 23, 2023.

1. INTRODUCTION

This "AuguryMe" mobile application is provided to you by the Developer (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”). Our Privacy Policy applies when you use the "AuguryMe". By using an "AuguryMe", you are consenting to our processing of your information in ways set out in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy you should stop using the "AuguryMe".

Our Privacy Policy may change so you should review it regularly.

The "AuguryMe" is provided as-is and the Developer does not guarantee that its features will meet the User expectations.

 

2. DATA WE COLLECT

When you use an "AuguryMe" we may collect data from your mobile device. The information we collect about you (the “Information”) includes:

  • When an "AuguryMe" offers you the option to register, we will collect the Information you provide to us in the registration form. This may include identification data such as your email address, unified identifier (auto generated UUID), username (pseudonym).

  • An "AuguryMe" may provide you with the option to register using social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter or other social media accounts. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the same Information as for e-mail registration (we will collect only e-mail and identifier).

  • We will not collect your Information when you use "AuguryMe" such as when you upload data and/or request further services.This may include identification data such as your name, place of birth, time of birth, questions asked in the app and provided corresponding answers, list of favorite methods, list of liked persons and list of reviews.

  • We will collect non-identification data in order to provide correct work of "AuguryMe" such as balance of virtual currency and subscription plan for notifications.

  • We will collect Information about you when you interact with us such as when you report a problem, contact or communicate with us.

  • Geolocation data, which is any Information which indicates the geographical position of your device and which may include the time the location was recorded provided through analytics services such as Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics.

  • We automatically collect certain Information from your device when you use the "AuguryMe" including depersonalized Information about your device, carrier and other technical data provided through analytics services such as Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics.

  • Also "AuguryMe" works with ad services which can collect the Information for personalization of the content.

Third-Party Information Collection

When you use the "AuguryMe" or its content, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you. These third parties may include:

  1. Google Analytics

    • We collect depersonalized information about site sessions, ​unique visitors, avg. session duration, sessions by device, sessions by traffic source, sessions by city. Google Privacy Policy

  2. Firebase Analytics

    • ​We collect depersonalized information about user activity over time, latest app release overview, app stability overview, conversions, event count by event name (user_engagement, screen_view, session_start, first_open, startStream, stream_start, app_open), user retention, engagement time, users by Device model.   3. Firebase

    • Using for site hosting, emailing, authentication, authentication through providers (eg. Facebook, Twitter etc.), google analitics dashbord.​ Firebase Privacy Policy

  4. OpenAI

    • We use the OpenAi API to provide you with the certain functionality in the application (for example to answer your questions by the characters). We do not collect your questions and any Information you provide in conversation to application characters (virtual advisors). We only provide a service to communicate with OpenAi so using this functionality you agree with OpenAi Privacy Policy and if not you should stop using the functionality of conversation.

  5. AdMob

    • The Developers are not responsible for third-party sites to which the User can click on Google  advertising links. AdMob Privacy Policy.

  6. Appodeal

    • The Developers are not responsible for third-party sites to which the User can click on advertising links. AdMob Privacy Policy.

  7. RevenueCat

    • We use RevenueCat - a service which provides us with subscription services and analytics. It is used for anonymized purchase tracking which means it does not contain any personal-identifiable data. This means that when someone makes a purchase in the app, we see that a purchase was made at a particular time in a particular country. More information on RevenueCat’s privacy policy. These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the "AuguryMe". The information they collect may be associated with your Personal Information or they may collect information, including Personal Information, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, and other online services websites. They might use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

Payment Information

If you purchase in-app virtual currency, our third-party (like Apple Pay, Google Pay) payment processor will collect the billing and financial information it needs to process your charges. This may include your postal address, email address, and financial information. When we use payment processors, they do not share your financial information, like credit card numbers, with  the "AuguryMe", but they may share non-financial information with us related to your purchases, like your name, billing address, and the items purchased.

 

3. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may use the Information (elements of which we may use alone or in combination with each other data/Information) we collect to:

  • Deliver the "AuguryMe" to you and ensure their optimal functionality and operation.

  • Enable you to register and create an account with the "AuguryMe".

  • Provide you with customer support.

  • Perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in, our products, services, or content.

  • If you have registered with an "AuguryMe" using your social media account details, we may use the Information we receive from your social media provider to authorize you.

  • Communicate with you by e-mail, and/or mobile devices (including through in-application advertising) about products or services that may be of interest to you either from us, our parent or subsidiary companies or other third parties.

  • Enforce our terms, conditions and policies and to communicate with you.

  • Manage and improve the "AuguryMe".

When we collect your precise geolocation data, we do so to provide you with our location-related products and services, for example to provide you with promotions, and also to facilitate, measure, or otherwise support advertising by third parties (through our apps or third parties’ apps) that may be related to your location over time.

 

4. INTEREST-BASED ADVERTISING TECHNOLOGIES

As described in Sections 3 and 5 of this Privacy Policy, we sometimes work with third parties to deliver ads, content or offers. We may use technology to deliver certain advertising through mobile applications based on data associated with your mobile device, and we may work with third parties for third party advertising. When you use our "AuguryMe", we or our Advertising Partners may use one or more of several different identifiers for your mobile device, including Apple Identifier For Advertising (IDFA) or Android Advertising ID (AAID), to target and deliver ads to you in our games or on other apps. This means that your device identifier may be accessed by third-party ad networks and used to (a) help manage the number and types of ads you see; (b) track the source of installs related to ads seen in other apps; and (c) identify your interests and behavior and target advertising to you based on those interests and behavior.

If you do not want to receive interest-based in-application advertisements on your mobile device, you may adjust the ad tracking settings on your device (such as turning on “Limit Ad Tracking”). You can also reset the “Advertising Identifier” (such as an IDFA) from your mobile device’s settings page, which will prevent continued use of existing behavioral data tied to your previous “Advertising Identifier.” Further, depending on the platform provider (such as Apple or Google), you may be able to download apps, such as the Digital Advertising Alliance’s “AppChoices” app, that offer to provide you with controls regarding the collection and use of cross-app data for behavioral advertising.

The Privacy Policy provides for the User's consent to view Google Ads while using the application. Ads are served in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy: Personal Data and Advertising. As well ads are served in accordance with AdMob Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the application  "AuguryMe". The Developers are not responsible for third-party sites to which the User can click on Google AdMob Privacy Policy advertising links.

5. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We may share your Information as follows:

We may share your Information with our authorized service providers that perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include providing customer service and marketing assistance, performing business and sales analysis, supporting our "AuguryMe", and supporting marketing promotions surveys and other features offered through our "AuguryMe". These service providers may have limited access to your Information, which is needed to perform their functions, but are not permitted to share or use such Information for any other purposes.

 

6. COOKIES, IDENTIFIERS AND DATA ANALYSIS

When you use the "AuguryMe", we may use the App Identifiers to facilitate access to the "AuguryMe", to personalize your experience, to increase security, measure the use and effectiveness of our "AuguryMe" and serve advertising. You can block certain App Identifiers by changing the settings of your device.

We also collect information about how and when you use the "AuguryMe". This includes the amount of times you used the "AuguryMe", which parts of it you viewed and other technical data such as country settings and timestamps.

Firebase

"AuguryMe" uses the Google Analytics tool Firebase in order to carry out analysis on Information which is gathered by "AuguryMe". App Identifiers and other Information which"AuguryMe" gathers are provided to Google in order to enable them to carry out data analysis. Any Information (including App Identifiers) which are provided to Google will become subject to Google’s privacy policy which is located here.

Cookies and our Websites

Separately to the "AuguryMe", the "Slimp.tv" website uses cookies. Certain information about you, may be collected through the use of cookies when you visit and interact with our website. Some of these cookies are essential for the "Slimp.tv" website to operate and ensure that we provide the services you requested. By using our services you agree to the use of certain non-essential cookies unless you set your browser to reject them.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer’s hard drive or browser. We use cookies and the information contained therein for a number of purposes including but not limited to tracking the duration of visits and content accessed.

We utilize Google Analytics in our data collection.

If you do not wish to have cookies set by a third-party, you can adjust the settings on your internet browser to choose what cookies can be set. For more information, refer to the help section of your browser.

Cookies set by your browser have an expiration date assigned to them. At any time you can explicitly remove these cookies from your browser to remove the data they contain about you. Keep in mind this may effect how your session functions.

OpenAI technology

"AuguryMe" uses technology provided by third party service providers to provide functionality to answer your questions (“Input”) asked in the application to application characters (virtual advisors) or other functionality related to AI technology. You acknowledge that any Input you provide, including any personal data you choose to include within that Input, will be shared with third party service providers, such as OpenAI, LLC in order to provide you with the service and they may also use such Input to improve their services. This includes any personal data you choose to include within such Input and you acknowledge that our Privacy Policy applies to the handling of such personal data. You consent to any such personal data included in an Input being transferred to OpenAI, LLC in the United States, which depending on where you reside, may not provide the same level of protection for your personal data.

 

7. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

 

8. INFORMATION RELATING TO CHILDREN

The "AuguryMe" is not directed to children under the age of 13.We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.  If we become aware that Information has been collected from a person under the age of 13, we will delete this Information and terminate the person’s account as quickly as possible. If you believe that we may have Information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us at “info@slimp.tv” and we will promptly delete that Information.

 

9. WHERE WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

The Information that we collect from you (not including data that stored on your device) may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of your country and the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and, in particular, the US, which may have different or less protective privacy laws than those in your country. The Information may also be processed by any service providers appointed by us who operate outside the EEA and their staff, and/or our own staff based outside of the EEA. By submitting or permitting us to collect your Information, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing outside of the EEA. Information transferred will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The Information stored in your device is not available to us or third parties, as long as you don't use the AI-related functionality of the application. And even in this case, we do not have access to it, and the processing of such information takes place in accordance with the policies of third parties.

 

10. HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

We will keep your Information for as long as is necessary to provide you with the "AuguryMe" and for us to comply with our obligations under this Privacy Policy and at law. We may retain data after you cease using the "AuguryMe", for instance, for operational, auditing, content or ad measurement purposes, or to analyze and improve the way we provide our services.

 

11. DATA DELETION

Uninstallation and removal methods vary depending on your device. To uninstall and remove the "AuguryMe", please use the application manager provided with your device or consult your device manual or online instructions provided by the device provider for reference. If you delete your account through the “AuguryMe” functionality, the data corresponding to your authentication will be deleted as well.
