We operates the slimp.com website and Slimp application, which provides the SERVICE.

This page is used to inform website and application users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the Slimp.com website, or the Slimp application.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. If you read and fully understand this Privacy Policy, and remain opposed to our practices, you must immediately leave and discontinue all use of any of our Services. 

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at slimp.com, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.

We collect or use information from and about users of our Service:

  1. Information you provide us. When you fill out the mailing list/feedback form on our Service; and/or when you contact us directly by any communication channel (emails), you may provide us Personal Information, such as name/nickname, email address, information you include in your communications with us. 

  2. Information we collect when you use the Services. When you visit, and/or use Services, we may collect aggregated usage Personal Information, such as activity on the Service, session heatmaps and scrolls, non-identifying Personal Information regarding the device, language, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, stream/videorecord duration, fact of AR usage.

  3. Information received via the API of the streaming services that you use when login to Twitch or YouTube. Such as nickname data, profile photo, key for the broadcast, chat information and alerts. This information is stored only on your device, and we don't collect it.

  4. Information received via TrueDepth functionality is used only on devices that support it and needed to animate 3D models when they are used. We don't collect this type of information.

All information received by the Slimp application is used only within its stated functionality and is not stored or shared by us. The data required to maintain the operation of the application is not personal. Recorded video files are being stored only device memory. Video data is being broadcasted only to your chosen streaming platform or RMTP server. Mobile application DO NOT collect any data from users’ mobile devices.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer’s hard drive.

Our website uses these "cookies" to collection information and to improve our Service. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies, and know when a cookie is being sent to your computer.     • We collect depersonalized information about site sessions, ​unique visitors, avg. session duration, sessions by device, sessions by traffic source, sessions by city.

  2. Firebase Analytics

    • We collect depersonalized information about user activity over time, latest app release overview, app stability overview, conversions, event count by event name (user_engagement, screen_view, session_start, first_open, startStream, stream_start, app_open), user retention, engagement time, users by Device model.

  3. Wix.com

    • Using for site hosting, emailing, google analitics dashbord.​

  4. DonationAlert

    • Using for donation collecting.​

  5. TestFlight

    • Using for alfa and betta testing of Slimp app.​

  6. Twitch

    • We provide interface in Slimp app to use Twitch API authentification. Your device recive nickname, profile photo, stream title, streaming key. We do not collect this type of information it's ONLY on your device.

  7. YouTube

    • ​We provide interface in Slimp app to use YouTube API authentification. Your device recive nickname, profile photo, stream title, streaming key. We do not collect this type of information it's ONLY on your device.

These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use this Service. The information they collect may be associated with your Personal Information or they may collect information, including Personal Information, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, and other online services websites. They might use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information, to:

  1. Provide you with the Service and its contents, and any other information, products or services that you request from us.

  2. Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.

  3. Notify you when Service updates are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide though it.

  4. Improve our Service experience and efficiency.

  5. Broadcast your content to streaming platforms.

The usage information we collect helps us to improve our Service and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

  1. Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.

  2. Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Service according to your individual interests.

We do not transfer or store your data from the Slimp application to our servers or to other services not mentioned above. The broadcast key is stored directly on your device and when you log in to the twitch, YouTube or other streaming platform, we do not receive information about your login and password data.

To logout your streaming account from Slimp app you have to do next steps:

  1. Delete certain configuration in app by clicking on Choose streaming platform -> Select twitch_configuration or youtube_configuration from dropdown list -> click on basket button.

  2. Then you have to disconnect your streaming account from app.  Depending on the streaming account your steps will be:

  • YouTube account -> Manage your Google Account -> Security -> Third-party apps with account access -> Slimp -> Remove access.

  • Twitch account -> Settings -> Connections -> Other Connections -> Slimp -> Disconnect

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
