These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Slimp's Website, located at slimp.com, including the Slimp application.

By accessing this website and/or Slimp application we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Slimp site and/or Slimp application if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors (whether or not you are a registered user), users and others who access the Service.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves.  Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from Slimp site and mobile application Slimp

  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Slimp site and mobile application Slimp

  • Redistribute content from Slimp site and mobile application Slimp

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof. 

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website.

  1. copy, modify, create derivative works of, download, adapt, reverse engineer, emulate, migrate to another service, translate, compile, decompile or disassemble the Slimp Website, the Slimp mobile application (or any part thereof), any Content offered by Slimp or Third Party Services for use and display within User Platforms (“Licensed Content”) and/or any part thereof in any way, or publicly display, perform, transmit or distribute any of the foregoing without Slimp’s prior written and specific consent and/or as expressly permitted under the SlimpTerms;

  2. use any illegal action to collect login data and/or passwords for other websites, third parties, software or services;

  3. upload, insert, collect or otherwise make available within the Slimp site or the Slimp Services (or any part thereof), any malicious, unlawful, defamatory or obscene Content;

  4. act in a manner which might be perceived as damaging to Slimp’s reputation and goodwill or which may bring Slimp into disrepute or harm.

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

In particular and as a part of accessing or using the Service, Slimp and such Third Party Services may collect, access and use certain data pertaining to Users and End Users, including the activities or navigation undertaken by Users and End Users through the Service. We encourage you to read our Privacy Policy and each such Third Party Services’ relevant policies on a regular basis, for a description of such data collection and use practices.

Donations

Donations made through the Service are complete and final charitable gifts to the our developer team and are not refundable. We will use your donation at our discretion. You can review the acceptable use policies for our payment provider DonationAlerts

When you provide payment information to the Company or one of its payment providers, you represent that you are the authorized user of the card, PIN, key or account associated with that payment, and you authorize the Company to charge your credit card or process your payment with the chosen payment provider.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

Production and Use of Contents

The Terms of Service apply to (but are not limited to) all Slimp avatars, graphics, images, logos, illustrations, icons, data, text, copyrighted or licensed materials, associated websites, programs, software and/or all other material (collectively, the “Resources”). It also applies to Slimp material shared on social networking sites. Slimp and the Resources accessed and used by the user or otherwise made available through the service are owned, controlled and/or licensed by or to us and are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Slimp and the Resources are the sole and legal property of us.

Users of the Services (whether you or others) may provide us with content, including without limitation text, photos, images, audio, video, code and any other materials (“User Content"). Your User Content stays yours, except for the limited rights that enable us to provide, improve, promote and protect the Services as described in this Agreement.

Avatars, images, text, video and audio content created and/or imported by the user independently or through the API of streaming platforms belongs to the author of the content and Slimp does not own it and is not responsible for its content. The user must be guided by the rules established by streaming platforms. For Twitch www.twitch.tv/p/en/legal/terms-of-service/, for YouTube https://www.youtube.com/static?template=terms. For other platforms, the user must familiarize himself with the rules of the platforms used.

We may use the Contents for advertising and promotion of Services operated by Slimp without the prior consent of Users.

We may, at its own discretion, for example, at time of Apple or Google and/or the Service updates, modify or make derivative works to the Contents for the purpose of optimizing the display or motions of the Contents within the Service or any other reason.

Your License To Us.
When you provide User Content via the Services, you grant Creator Sites (including our third party hosting providers acting on our behalf) a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable right and license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that User Content works better with the Services), communicate, publish, publicly display, publicly perform and distribute User Content for the limited purposes of allowing us to provide, improve, promote and protect the Services. This Section does not affect any rights you may have under applicable data protection laws.

Your Responsibilities
You’re responsible for the content you publish on Creator Sites, and you vouch to us that it’s all okay to use. We ask that you follow our rules and don’t do anything illegal with the services. Also keep in mind that what you upload may be publicly viewable.

Slimp utilizes YouTube’s API, and as a user of Slimp, you are agreeing to be bound to YouTube’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can find more information on YouTube’s terms https://www.youtube.com/static?template=terms, and Google’s terms https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en&gl=us. 

 

Twitch API

Slimp utilizes Twitch's API, and as a user of Slimp, you are agreeing to be bound to Twitch’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can find more information on Twitch’s terms www.twitch.tv/p/en/legal/terms-of-service/.

Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.
